Intel(R) Thunderbolt
The following Intel Thunderbolt submenu items will display:
•Thunderbolt Specication Version
•Intel Sample Code Version
•Thunderbolt Host Chip
Security Level
This option selects the security level for the Intel Thunderbolt port(s) . The options
are Legacy Mode, Unique ID, One Time Saved Key, and DP+++ only.
Security Mode
This option selects the security mode for the Intel Thunderbolt port(s) . The op-
tions are Normal Mode, Normal Mode w/o NHI, Direct Connected w/o NHI, and
Redriver Only..
Wake From Thunderbolt Devices
This option enables the wake-up feature from Thunderbolt devices. The options
are Disabled, and Enabled.
Thunderbolt PCIe Cache-Line Size
This option congures the cache-line size value to be congured on the Thunderbolt
PCIe subtree. The options 0, 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, and 128.
Thunderbolt Surprise-Removal
This option enables or disables the Thunderbolt Surprise Removal workaround
support. The options are Disabled and Enabled.
Thunderbolt Wake Delay
This option congures the Thunderbolt wake delay. Enter a numeric value in mil-
liseconds. Default is 20. (Note: 0 = Disabled).
Thunderbolt Software SMI Delay
This option congures the Thunderbolt Software SMI Delay. Enter a numeric value
in milliseconds. Default is 20ms. (Note: 0 = Disabled).
Reserved Memory per Physical Slot
This option congures the Thunderbolt reserved memory for each physical slot. For
example, if a PCIe device uses <X MB of memory, the BIOS will reserve X MB per
physical slot. Enter a numeric value in megabytes. Default is 32MB.
