Removing the Screws
7. Reattach the drive tray to the chassis by replacing the mini-bezel lock screw,
and tightening it from inside the chassis.
8. Reconnect the data and power cables.
9. Replace the chassis cover (replace the server in the rack, if necessary) and
power up the system.
5-6 Removing the Backplane
The SC113 chassis backplane is located behind the hard drives and in front of the
front system fans. In order to change the jumper settings on the backplane, it may
be necessary to remove the backplane from the chassis.
Removing the Backplane from the Chassis
1. Power down the system as described in Section 5-2 and remover the cover..
2. Disconnect the cabling to the backplane.
3. Remove the ve upper screws at the top of the backplane, indicated by the
arrows below.
4. Lift the backplane up and out of the chassis.
