SATA 2 Controller
SATA Controller
This feature enables or disables the SATA Controller specied by the user. The
options are Enabled and Disabled.
SATA Mode
This item selects the mode for the installed SATA drives. The options are IDE and
AHCI.
LPM (Line Power Management)
Select Enabled to enable Line Power Management support. The options are En-
abled and Disabled.
SATA Port 2 - SATA Port 5
This item displays the information detected on the device installed on the par-
ticular SATA port.
•Model Name
SATA Port 2/SATA Port 3/SATA Port 4//SATA Port 5
Select Enabled to enable a SATA port selected by the user. The options are
Enabled and Disabled.
Spin Up
On an edge detect from 0 to 1, set this item to allow the PCH to start a COM-
RESET initialization sequence to the device installed on a SATA port specied
by the user. The options are Enabled and Disabled.
External Device
Select Enabled for the SATA port specied by the user to support an external
device. The options are Enabled and Disabled.
Hot Plug
Select Enabled to enable hot-plugging support on a SATA drive specied by the
user, which will allow the user to replace the SATA disk drive without shutting
down the system. The options are Enabled and Disabled.
CPU Conguration
The following CPU information will be displayed:
